Privacy Policy for Voxel Strategies LLC

Voxel Strategies LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Voxel Vita family of applications, including, but not limited to, Wishlist, Habits, and Fasting mobile applications (collectively, the "Apps"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Apps and the choices you have associated with that data.

By using the Apps, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information Collection and Use

We design our Apps with privacy in mind. Our primary goal is to provide a seamless tracking and productivity experience while minimizing the data we collect.

• User-Provided Data: The data you enter into the Apps (such as wishlist items, habit streaks, or fasting timers) is stored locally on your device and synced via your personal Apple iCloud account. We do not have access to this data on our servers.

• Health Data (Apple HealthKit): For the Habits and Fasting apps, you may have the option to integrate with Apple's Health App (HealthKit). If you grant access, we may read from or write data to HealthKit to enhance your tracking experience. We do not use HealthKit data for marketing or advertising purposes, nor do we sell this data to third parties.

• Usage Data: We may collect anonymous diagnostic data (such as crash reports and performance metrics) exclusively through Apple's standard App Store and TestFlight analytics to help us troubleshoot bugs and improve the App suite.

2. Tracking and Cookies

Our Apps operate natively on your device and do not use traditional web "cookies" to track your activity across the internet. We do not use any third-party tracking or analytics software. Your usage behavior remains private and confined to Apple's native diagnostic ecosystems.

3. Data Retention

Because your data is stored locally on your device and within your personal Apple iCloud account, we do not retain any of your personal data on our servers. Your data is retained on your device for as long as you keep the Apps installed. If you delete the Apps, your local data will be deleted. Data synced to iCloud is managed according to your personal Apple ID settings and Apple's data retention policies.

4. Data Security

The security of your data is important to us. Because your primary app data is stored locally on your device and secured by Apple’s iCloud infrastructure, it is protected by the strict security measures built into the iOS operating system. However, please remember that no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

5. Your Data Protection Rights

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to access, update, or delete the data we hold. Because Voxel Strategies LLC does not store your data on our servers, you maintain complete control over your information directly within the Apps and your device settings. You can delete your data at any time by clearing the App data or uninstalling the Apps from your device.

6. Third-Party Services

The Apps may contain links to other sites or services that are not operated by us (for example, links to external stores in the Wishlist app). If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.

7. Business Transfers

If Voxel Strategies LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your personal data will continue to be governed by this Privacy Policy. However, because we do not collect or store your primary App data, there is no central database of user information to transfer in such an event.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Apps do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
